13. ACT OF CONTRITION
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven, and the pains of hell, but most of all because I offended you my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life, Amen.
14. THE PRECEPTS OF THE CHURCH
1. To participate in the whole Mass of Sunday and days of obligation and to abstain from forbidden labour on those days.
2. To confess our sins at least once a year and to receive Holy Communion at Paschal time.
3. To fast and abstain on the days appointed.
4. Not to celebrate marriage in forbidden periods and with forbidden people.
5. To contribute to the support of the Church and the pastors according to the norms of the diocese.
15. THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
I am the Lord your God;

- You shall not kill

16. THE APOSTLE’S CREED
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty/ Creator of all things visible and invisible/ and in one Lord Jesus Christ/ the only begotten Son of God/ the first born of all creatures/ born of the Father before all ages/ and not made/ true God from true God/ consubstantial with the Father/ through him the worlds were formed and all things were created.
